    Awesome....but

    I've had this one since July and I gotta say it worked great with me being out and on being on 3G so much. However, if you are clumsy, this may not be for you. I dropped mine yesterday and the charging port is completely destroyed. I need a replacement but i have no idea how to get it. it really is a great case though.

    Ill fitting junk

    I don't know if it's just my mophie or it's all of them but this is an ill fitting, cheap piece of junk. My iPhone 4 fits so poorly the the right side actually pops out upon placing the kit upon my desk. I will be looking to get my money back.

    the big bad feature is when i use it i could not pull my iPhone out its stick , i try every possible way to remove it but end with solid tool to make hole ,now i throw it aside

    The good, bad, and ugly of the Mor "fee" $$$!

    Debated, debated, and furthermore debated. FINALLY, decided to pick up one of these bad boys and boy was I dissapointed. First I'll give the pro's, because unlike many, I like to keep a good balanced review. The "on Demand" battery portion is AWESOME. Being able to juice the phone when need be was the deal breaker for purchase. It powers the phone very fast and you can EASILY go a day without charging an iphone4 / S. Something I couldnt fathom before purchasing. Also, rubberized material does cover your phone.

    Ok, now to the bad ! For some reason my top kept unsnapping when I would pull the thing outta my pocket. Thus, I dropped my phone a few times or fumbled the thing upon catching it. Its still rather bulky given "slim" profile. I will say, please the good with the bad here because to get you have to give a little which will be form factor for more juice. Last, it takes a micro usb port which broke off only 5 days after I purchased. Not the business if I might say.

    THIS IS A GOOD PRODUCT

    First, of all let me start off by saying this product is worth its weight in gold. It really keeps your phone charge for a long time. The Juice Pack is really sturdy and protects the phone very well, but I'm still giving it three stars. Why? because it's really difficult to install and it's really difficult to remove from its case! otherwise this item is perfect for the IPhone and its battery. I would highly
    recommend this product hands down.

    My friend had this Mophie Juice Pack for his iPhone 4 and he swears by it. Soo.. when I upgraded to the 4s a few days ago.. I decided to get this case. I realize I've only had it for a few days.. but I'm very impressed with it.

    First and foremost.. it's a really solid case. It fits my iPhone 4s like a glove. It adds a little weight to the phone.. and I kinda like that. It makes the phone feel more "solid". It also makes it more comfortable to hold.. and the "rubber like" back makes it less slippery to hold.

    The cut out at the top makes the ports accessible for earbuds etc. And the batter life seems to be pretty good. It's definitely a major improvement on the internal battery life.

    I usually start my day around 8:00AM.. and I consider myself a fairly heavy iPhone user. Constantly checking email.. Facebook.. browsing the web.. texting.. and talking on the phone. I work outdoors and on most days I listen to music as well. I also browse videos on YouTube occasionally. So far.. I've managed to get thru my entire day without even coming close to a dead phone. By 8:00PM... the Mophie battery is drained.. but I still have around 70-75% battery life left on the iPhone's internal battery. This is far better then it is without the Mophie.. when my battery would be at 35-40% by 3:00-4:00PM.

    I realize it's an expensive "case"... but it's more then a case. It's a battery and a case. To me.. the Mophie has definitely been worth the money~

    Love my Mophie case!!!

    I've had practically every case under the sun for my I-Phone. I absolutely love my Mophie case. It is bullet proof and it extends my battery life for days before having to recharge. I could not imagine ever having to go back to one of my old cases. Love it, love it, love it!

    Great accessory

    I was hesitant to spend so much money on a spare battery, but I bit the bullet and did it. It was a very good idea. Not only does it double the iPhone 4S's power supply, it is a virtual suit of armor protecting your phone. Just the flip of a switch allows you to charge both the iPhone and Juice Pack at the same time. I would recommend this item for anyone interested in a compact way to boost power and protect the phone. I would also recommend the static plastic screen covers for full phone protection (Apple sells them too).

    The only problem I have with this item is that it overrides your home screen with a garish green progress bar, but I'm more interested in performance than appearance.

    I give the Juice Pack a good solid "A".

    This product is a life saver. It is clear the one area Apple has not been innovative is their battery life. The iPhone 4s is a great piece of hardware, until about midday, when power is at a premium. Mophie has saved the day with this product. I can now actually use the iPhone and all of its cool features ALL day without having to be standing next to an electrical outlet. It fits my phone perfectly and I personally like the thickness and weight it adds. Basically this has saved me from regretting switching to an iPhone.

    With the 4S battery, it's a life saver

    I can make it through a normal day and end up at about 10% battery on my iPhone 4S. But when traveling, for business or pleasure, my phone, data and app consumption goes up meaning the battery life goes down. The Juice Pack keeps me from having to ration battery power when my usage is abnormally high. The 4S uses more battery...the Mophie solves that problem quite effectively while adding a tolerable amount of bulk and weight.

    there are 2 juice pack airs

    The apple store version of the juicepack air is newer, and is more compatible with other devices. The top is wide open, the bottom comes off to expose the iPod port. If you buy the juicepack air anywhere else it has the same "almost doubles your battery life" capability, but the other model is a little bulkier, less friendly to large headphones, doesn't easily let you access the ipod port, but seems to be tougher and protects the phone a little more.

    I prefer USB micro over the iPhone/iPod port anyway, so I never remove the case. iTunes syncs just fine, and the charger is interchangeable with my son's android phone. Supposedly the wireless performance is affected by the case, I haven't seen any difference.

    Unfortunately, this nifty device fits too tight on my brand new iPhone 4GS. It was extremely difficult to get the phone out of it, so much so that it seemed as if I were about to scratch or break my phone.
    I wish it weren't so as it does look and feel great (hence the two stars). But it should be easier to use.

    This is a great product, case is fantastic and open top and the removable bottom part is a great idea, it doubles the battery life and of course autonomy. My only suggestion is to get a better access to the volume and mute buttons, it's hard to press the buttons, but even though this detail this is must buy product.

    LIFE SAVER!!

    This battery / case is truly a life saver. My phone used to die by about 4pm each day if I was out of the office (and thus, unable to plug-in and recharge). Now, I simply flip a little switch on my Mophie Juice Pack when my iPhone battery is nearing the end and the case recharges it so that I have a full charge into the afternoon and evening. I highly, highly recommend buying this case!

    Feels great in your hand, little weight, but way too thick to carry in your pocket.
    Majority of users will find it most beneficial for travel. Easily doubles thickness, only gives around 70-80 percent extra battery.

    It does exactly what it's meant to do. I personally like the slightly larger size than the iPhone itself, it makes it little more comfortable to hold. After about 16 hours of constant use today I still have 52% battery left. That includes all location services on, using gps for turn by turn directions (Motion X), browsing internet, retrieving e-mails every 15 mins, Bluetooth on and playing music while driving, making calls, and I spent most of my day in a bad reception area.

    Perfect Fit/Charge/Sync for iPhone 4S

    I was a little reluctant at first but now that I "bit the bullet" I really would recommend this product. I have big hands (though it really doesn't increase the size much) the shape actually makes the phone easier to handle for me. Sync's with case on via USB with no problems. Charges both iPhone and case at the same time. If you want to have the look of the iPhone, plain and without a case, this actually looks like a slightly elongated iPhone 4S.
