Reviews for Mophie Juice Pack Air for iPhone 4S

Because of a more powerful flash on the 4S, the Juice Pack Air case reflects a half moon on the left slide of photos when using the flash. I contacted Mophie (the manufacturer) about this and they basically said, "Sorry, it does this on some 4S's and not on others. You'll need to find a Juice Pack Air Snap that is only available from Apple; it has a thinner case that doesn't do this." Unfortunately, I can't seem to find the Juice Pack Air Snap nor am I thrilled about having to buy something that is caused by bad testing (i.e., the Juice Pack Air works fine on the 4 and they didn't test it adequately on the 4s). Very dissapointed in Mophie as they usually give good customer service. The workaround is to turn off the flash or buy the Juice Pack Air Snap.

Does exactly what its supposed to! Would like a Mophie Juice Pack plus in whit though ;-)

I was in charleston on vacation and this saved my life. I was using the maps app all day and my phone battery died in 12 hours so I went the nearest apple store on Kings street and bought this and it charged my phone from dead back to 85% of battery life.

Awesome case for my iPhone 4S! My first one had both sides coming off, but when I took it to the AT&T store they instantly replaced it. It's a very convenient device to have.

I've gotten my first mophie juice pack air for my iPhone 4 and it was working great for at least 4 months or so but when I dropped it a couple of times or accidentally hit something with it, for some reason the usb port on my case came loose and it just made it harder for me to recharge the case even though my usb cord was working just fine. Other words it'll work for awhile and once it gets dropped a couple of times that's when it'll stop working. I did of course got myself a second one when I realized I had a one year warranty with the company but of course I was dead wrong when I thought it'll be just fine and turns out the usb port came loose again. I'm never going to get this product again if they keep giving me a case with a loose usb port even though the usb cord works perfectly fine. I think they need to figure out a way to make the usb port not so loose or at least make one that has a reliable usb port that's not so small or make it similar to the one that's usually on the phone already. The product is okay but this is the second time I'm having the same problems and I really do like it when it charges my phone plus I don't have to keep recharging my phone once my battery is low.

No question the Juice Pack does an adequate job keeping the phone powered (So far... I've had mine for 3 days) but there are numberous design flaws... The micro USB is poorly positioned for right handed individuals to use while plugged in. Apparently I haven't had mine long enough for the micro USB port to become faulty... but will update this review when it does. Also... the LED lights on the bottom are very bright when charging and I find myself wishing I could turn them off when in a dark room. This product isn't terrible... it could just be easily improved... it's like microsoft designed the case... and when it's right next to an Apple product it's shortcomings are enhanced. I find myself taking my phone out of the case all the time. The battery is rather big and heavy but it keeps my phone charged all day which is a plus.

I've had this one since July and I gotta say it worked great with me being out and on being on 3G so much. However, if you are clumsy, this may not be for you. I dropped mine yesterday and the charging port is completely destroyed. I need a replacement but i have no idea how to get it. it really is a great case though.

This battery / case is truly a life saver. My phone used to die by about 4pm each day if I was out of the office (and thus, unable to plug-in and recharge). Now, I simply flip a little switch on my Mophie Juice Pack when my iPhone battery is nearing the end and the case recharges it so that I have a full charge into the afternoon and evening. I highly, highly recommend buying this case!

At first I was worried about it being too bulky and was a skeptic about it's features. Bought it and Love it!
