    Excellent Product

    This is a great product, case is fantastic and open top and the removable bottom part is a great idea, it doubles the battery life and of course autonomy. My only suggestion is to get a better access to the volume and mute buttons, it's hard to press the buttons, but even though this detail this is must buy product.

    Very Pleased

    I have been using mine for several months now, and it works beautifully.

    I have only two complaints / regrets. The first is that the Juice Pack requires using a MicroUSB rather than Apple's proprietary cable; the second is that it is such an exact fit (a good quality, don't get me wrong), that putting on a screen cover is difficult.

    These two niggling complaints notwithstanding, I am very pleased with the Juice Pack.

    Superb Design

    The design has come a long way. For double the battery (check the mAh), its a case that you can drop, isn't horrible in size & definitely going to leave you happy when your phone is dead. It's the best design yet from any other models (100% plastic - older versions).

    USB Port Issues

    You Would Think After Years of Problems They Would Improve the USB Port. I've read many reviews going back years and always the same issue with the USB. Mophie has replaced 4 for me so far. I take good care of my things and this case is no exception. I like the look and feel of the case and battery is great but I'm tired of having to ship mine back every 6-8 months for a replacement. Also, my first replacement they sent me back a used one, not even in original packing. Had to ship that one back too for a NEW case, only to have the same issue with the USB. I'm going to try a different, cheaper brand and see how I do!

    Great for the first few months..

    Worked great for a few months then suddenly wouldn't charge. I took it back to the store and they replaced it with a new one. That one lasted even less time! Once again it won't charge but it still connects my phone to the computer so it isn't the cable. Crummy product that I would not recommend to anyone.

    handle with care

    Ok, assuming all you people who review this have had a mophie for a said amount of time, I will say this: this case is great to those who take care of their stuff. I have 3 and my friend has 2. We have had no problems whatsoever. Honestly we all know that life proofs and otter boxes get thrown around and break but this isn't that kind of case. I may be comparing to the other major phone case brands but this case works wonders for its job: CHARGING.

    Tips:
    - switch the case off to have more charge and save the case from cycles
    -avoid dropping because the battery lies in the back of the case
    -avoid putting in a pocket with other objects to prevent scratching

    looks are deceiving

    Everyone is saying the same thing. Great idea, less than acceptable quality. My phone fell from a chair onto a wooden floor and the top piece flew off and cracked in 2 places, making it difficult to put back together.
    Battery is average.
    $80 is a lot to pay for product that is not ready for the consumer.
    I hope the company is reading these reviews and making the adjustments because I'd buy another one if the product was of higher quality.

    Poor Quality

    Do not by this product! While the extra battery life was great it only lasted a short time. I bought this only about 4 months ago. By two months the case started to fall apart and now the charging port has broke. This is a cheap product that is overpriced. I was going to have this case replaced but it is not even worth the effort.

    offers no protection

    I just dropped my phone today at waist height indoors in a hospital lobby with the phone in this case, and my screen is cracked into many pieces. It offers no protection. Do not buy. Also it looks like the rim is made of metal but it is not, just cheap plastic. And the microUSB port is flimsy. There are plenty of other battery cases out there to consider, just not this one.

    Only worked for one month

    Piece of junk. Only worked for about one month. I kept carrying the stupid thing around thinking it was my fault that it was not charging. Now, 6 months later, I finally research it and see that it simply stopped working. Real nice.

    It Broke

    My biggest problem with the iphone4 is the battery life. So I decided to get a Mophie Air. I had it plugged into my computer, and it fell off the desk, with the cord still attached. It never worked again. I think the place where you attach the cord to the Mohie is very delicate. I then bought the Juice Pack Plus, and I believe it is a better product. It feels nicer in your hand, and has more battery life. Sure, it's a little heavier than the Air, but not by much. I am now very careful with cord connection.

    Terrible...

    Thought I would take a chance on this even after reading the mixed reviews. The case does not stay held together well as the top part comes off easily when trying to remove the phone from your pocket. Fairly serviceable as a battery charger but a huge failure as a case. Absolutely Terrible design...

    I love this case it protects your phone and also has a good extra battery life so u don't have to be worried your phone going dead. I really recommend this product to people that use the phone excessively and browse the web on their phone.

    replacement cap

    I love the battery and cover... except that over the 3 months that I have had it the cap has fallen off countless times usually when I am trying to take the phone out of my pocket. Once because of this I stepped on it...after that it still worked...but it fell off for the last time tonight and now I can't find it... unfortunately I was not in an area i expect to be in again and it was dark. I can't find a replacement part for the cap online on Morphie site and I asked a friend who works at the physical apple store i bought it at to see if they sold the replacement there and she said they didn't. Hoping someone will be able to help when Morphie is open on Monday.

    Perfect Case

    I love it. The definition of a case is, "a container designed to hold or protect something." This case is that exactly. I read a lot of complaints and to be honest, there will always be opposition to an idea or creation. This case is not even designed by Apple and in my opinion is better than any charging products they have on the market, at the moment. Obviously the case is going to make the phone look "bulkier," what do you expect, the case to look thinner. I get lots of complements for having this case, and even with the somewhat over price of the item, in the long run, the juice pack is definitely worth it. Hopefully Apple can take from mophie's success in this item and create one of there own charging case. I'm not saying that this case is perfect, because theoretically speaking, there is always something that can be improved.

    Is good

    For those of you who wants a long lasting talk time, this is the product you need.
    It adds more weight and bulk but if you are looking for more battery this is just perfect.
    My pros and cos no matter the order:
    Pros: 1. You can sync with the cover on (micro sd port)
    2. Adds a lot of battery (using whatsapp, email, music, twitter from 8am and when it was 11pm the iPhone still have 30% battery
    Cons: 1. Hard to access the lower button volume when you in a call
    2. Iphone won't look again as an iPhone, kind of bulky
    3. It adds more weight, i got accustom.

    Don't buy this when you can buy cheaper $20 one that does the same !

    Mini USB broke in 1 month why would you make such a cheap port, also the battery is held together with masking tape! This has to be illegal the thing could catch fire.

    I bought another case as for $20 from a cheaper brand and it has lasted 7 months more than this poorly made unsafe fire hazard apple don't carry this brand it makes your products look bad.

    The product does what it is designed to do but when mine is in standby mode it mutes my phone. I had the same problem with the Mophie I had for a month and the Apple store replaced it; now this one is doing the same thing !???
