I bought this bag for my 20 yo daughter over a year ago. It looks great and she loves it however she was carrying a lot of books and the strap at the bottom began to tear off. I had it repaired at my tailor shop and it has been great. All in all a great looking backpack but if you are going to be carrying heavy items I don't think the quality of the construction is particularly good.
