Excellent For travel on Public transit!!

I could not even hear the loud mouth teens behind me probably plotting a flash mob! Lol! My music is perfect and as long as you get a good seal your base will not distort. You can tell if you have a bad seal you will feel the air just adjust and boooooom! clear and strong And I listen to Regatton and hip hop Loud! I tried the beats and these were better except the looks but it also keeps you from getting robbed and having the better product! lazy crooks won't look twice. But I will be purchasing the Sync by 50 for the wireless freedom But I will keep these Feather light as well worn for 4 hrs straight twice a week! Oh and when the train screeches your fine! As well as the Bus engine gone!

These are by far the best cancelling headphones in the market. They also sound fantastic, with the classic 'Bose' sound, very clear, with great bass.

Wow... Really does enhance the sound while simultaneously removing bad

I was amazed at this product and bought it! Even at home or office, it removes the background drones from the multitude of devices we have running in our modern world. I have IEM (Ultimate Ears) that are nice, but can't be worn for too long, and I would say the Bose QC 15 is better. Unfortunately not my style to walk around with big headphones otherwise they would be the go to ones all the time...

    Best Purchase Ever!

I travel a lot, and these were potentially my best purchase of last year. So comfortable, great sound, and convenient travel case to keep them in. I love the noise canceling so much that I have started wearing them even without any music. My only regret is that I didn't buy them earlier.

Having listened to music on headphones for over thirty years now, I never though any experience would rival that first experience with my Sony Walkman so may years ago; but my first experience with these headphones did. I know it's a cliche, but listening to music through them truly is like hearing it for the first time. I originally bought my husband a pair of these for Christmas and was so blown away that I had to get myself a pair. Bass is deep and punchy, highs and mids are crystal clear, and the separation is second to none. Get these and you'll never buy another brand of headphones.

Ever since I got a pair of these headphones for my birthday, I have completely abandoned my Skullcandy Ink'd earbuds. The Quiet Comfort 15's have very good noise cancellation, and the sound is INCREDIBLE. At first I never really took the time to just listen to the sound quality, but then I started thinking about getting new headphones for christmas, and so I tested these against my friend's Beats. Bose won, hands down. Beats may have had a stronger bass, but as far as overall quality, the Bose are just better. They are way more comfortable, and also have a mic, which is a plus in my book. Overall, great headphones. Would definitely recommend them.

I just got these for a birthday present and they are the most amazing headphones I've ever had. At the moment, I am sitting in a coffee shop next to two LOUD and annoying women. All I had to do it put on these headphones and start rocking out to my music. I see their mouths moving but hear nothing and my music isn't loud at all so I don't have to blast music in my ears to drown out the sound of these women gabbing away like I have to do with normal headphones. This is pure heaven, it is seriously worth it to spend the money on a nice pair of headphones. As a bonus, they come with a really nice semi-hard shell black case with a zipper around it, so you can protect them in your bag. The noise cancellation is crazy amazing. I LOVE these headphones- well done Bose.

Whether on a 16 hour flight to Europe, or in a data center with 96db ambient volume (fan noise from hundreds of servers), or driving down the highway (ALOT) I get tired of ambient white noise.

These headphones do a phenomenal job reducing the din, and along with it, the fatigue tha comes with it. Sure I'd like a smaller case to carry around, but since covering my ears is part of how they function, there's not much to fault Bose for regarding the size. I'll just have to get smaller ears.

Compared to other headphones, I tire of earbuds being stuck in my ears long before these bother me, and these are among the best sound of any I've used.

Just do it. Your ears are worth it.

    Best headphones I've listened to!

The Bose QC15 not only block out most unwanted noise, but they have superb audio reproduction. They are a far cry from ear buds even the $100+ ones. Each note of the music is distinct. They also deliver good bass, but they are not ear thumpers. They can't be beat for fidelity of music in a sound blocking headphone. I would highly recommend that you try a pair with Bose's 30 day money back policy.

These are easily the best headphones I've ever used. The noise-cancelling feature is brilliant, and blocks out much of the noise from a plane or train, making them ideal for travel. For those who are wondering, yes they are compatible with a Mac (and all Apple products, for that matter). As for the sound quality, it's also incredible. The sound is very rich and when I began to listen to some of my favourite songs with these headphones, I found that I was able to hear instruments I didn't even know were originally in the songs! These headphones allowed me to listen to all of my music as it should be heard. I'm very pleased with my purchase of these headphones, and highly recommend them.

    Superb Performance but Bulky

These headphones do a remarkable job of diminishing background noise, and their audio fidelity is excellent. My only complaints are that they are so big that carrying them in my messenger bag is a struggle and that it uses a battery that must be replaced after about 34 hours of use. Why not have a discreetly hidden charging port and use a rechargeable, built-in battery? Maybe the 16 will do that.

Note that when you have the headphones on and are not listening to music, there is a high-pitched buzz that can be annoying. The volume of the buzz is very low, and the frequency of the pitch is so high that many won't hear it--but it is there.

I ordered the Bose Q15 headphones, and began to have second thoughts. However, once they arrived (just two days later, thanks Apple store), all doubt went away. From listening to music, to using the noise cancelling feature, I am amazed at the quality! The noise cancelling completely erased the dryer and the noise from the Wii! Definitely worth the money! The only downside is the size of the travel case, it is kinda big.

Having been in the military for 26 years and travelling around the world many times, I have tried numerous sets of earphones, earbuds, and headphones. The Bose QC-15 are by far the best I have ever tried. Sound quality is far superior to anything else out there, even the BEATS. Noise cancellation is excellent, even on the noisy cargo aircraft including the C-130. These headphones are the best, bar none! Yes a little pricy but well worth the cost!

These are the best headphones by far on the market. I do alot of traveling and having a great pair of headphones when constantly in the air is heaven. Most of todays kids and teenagers love Beats for music, but if you truly want to HEAR your music i highly recommend Bose. I have used Bose products for year and I will swear by them. THEY ARE AWESOME!

These headphones stunned me the first time I put them on! I'm not an audiophile, but I can tell you right now that these headphones are FLAWLESS!!! I'll admit, they are a little pricey, but worth every penny if you're going to use them daily. They are great quality headphones that you'll probably be able to keep for a very long time! The hard-shell case is also very strong, roomy, I can even fit my cell phone in the case, and its sleek design lets me put it in my bag without my bag bulking up. Although it doesn't have very loud bass, it is smooth and great quality! I definitely recommend this to someone who is willing to pay for quality, and not the looks, you will be satisfied!
