What I thought I was getting

    • Written by from Denver

It's a pretty sturdy but pretty thin case. As months passed, it started to crack in its weakest areas -- around the camera and the volume buttons. But it has helped my phone survive a few hard drops and it is not bulky. I was hoping for a good balance, and expected that it wouldn't last forever since it's thin.

Great case if you are a rational human being.

Everyone seems to be genuinely surprised that a thin piece of plastic might break when dropped from a few feet or put under repeated stress - as if you could wear a helmet made out of this stuff and fall head first onto a cement floor and be perfectly fine. Bottom line is that the case looks better than most and functions great *IF* you don't plan on dropping your phone a bunch. I do think that it's a bit overpriced at $35 for what it is - you're paying more for design that structural integrity. Luckily I got mine for free over a year ago and it has served me well - only recently the hole for camera chipped open and I have slight cracking on the side near the headphone jack but nothing too bad. Remember gang: buying a case doesn't also buy you a license to drop your iPhone.

    Found Perfect Dock Adapter

    • Written by from Mountain View

First, I love the slim fit and feel of the Incase Snap Case. But I want to use it with the dock and it's too big for the iPhone 4 dock adapters. So, after some trial and error, I've found the perfect adapter to use the iPhone 4 (and 4S) with the Incase Snap Case still on. It's the #9 adapter. I've been using it for a couple of days and it works perfectly.

So, if you're looking to use a dock with the Incase Snap Case, pick up a package of #9 dock adapters.

    Best slim case, fragile corners

    • Written by from Whittier

By far this is the BEST iPhone 4 case. Sleek, slim design, yet it protects your phone all around. The only drawback is that after about 6 months the corners started to crack and eventually break off. Not a big problem if the case was more reasonably priced. However, you can get a replacement if you contact ncase's customer service.

    great case

    • Written by from San Diego

Overall I found the case to be everything I wanted. Its sleek and stylish and doesn't take away from the beauty of the phone. My only concern is that the case is a little slippery. I have to be careful not to let it slip out of my hands.

    Best Case Ever, But...

    • Written by from SEATTLE

Truly one of the best cases I've seen or used. One problem, the top left corner is weak because of the opening for the volume control having such a thin strip connecting it to the top end of the case. After just 8 months of very careful use it cracked in this spot. This is the reason for only 4 stars, and I'm seriously considering ordering it again even knowing this flaw...go figure.
