Reviews for Incase Snap Case for iPhone 4

The whole point of a protective case is to PROTECT THE ITEM INSIDE OF IT not break after 1 month. Considering the flimsiness of this case, I am sure the materials probably cost about .25 cents so InCase is making a great profit.
after approx 1 month case broke in one corner and the back started peeling. Now the other side has cracked.

I am sick of this junk made in china.
seriously when I buy a new case (and it will not be InCase brand) this piece of junk I have now is getting shipped to InCase with a lovely letter. Let them worry about recycling it.

I dropt my iPhone from less than 1,5 feet and the the upper left and right corners are broken. I think that shouldn't happen, especially from incase.

other than that, the case feels nice, and protected my iPhone from scratches.

I got this case about 4 months ago and it started developing stress cracks on all for corners. I've never dropped my phone, so I was a bit surprised. I love its sleek design, but for some reason it doesn't hold up to regular use very well.

While I was waiting for my replacement, I purchased the Apple bumper and I really loved it. It complements the iPhone's sleek design without adding much bulkiness.

So, if your like me and you take care of your phone pretty well, get the Apple bumper and a screen protector. It will protect your phone while keeping its minimal design.

I've had my phone for about 2 months now and this was my first case. I haven't dropped it and I've taken great care of it, but I've gotten 2 cracks already. One on the top left corner and another right above the camera.
I do like that it's sleek and sharp looking, but it's not worth it IMO.

After 2 month of use, it cracked in both top upper corners!!!! And I didn't dropped the phone once!!!

The plastic feels really nice, and it's very slim, but at the top of the phone, it's cracked in both corners. I haven't even dropped it once. A good buddy just got hers and has the exact same problem. My guess is weak plastic. Wish I could get a refund or improved version, but past the 30 day deadline. Bummer.

This is my favorite case, as far as looks. It's very slim and hardly changes the size of the phone, and the material feels great. However, I have bought two and am done with it. One cracked when I dropped the phone on a carpet and the other when I lightly bumped it against the edge of a bar. I am very gentle with my phone and these minor bumps broke the cases. This case does not provide appropriate protection for even the gentlest users, let alone the everyday person who tosses their phone in a bag or drops it frequently.

This case looks great and after months of use there was no sign of wear and tear, but I had my doubts as the the quality of protection it would offer.

Well one day i was rushing out of my car in the rain and my iPhone 4S flew out of my pocket and slammed onto my cement drive way (i could have hit myself for that! :(

My iPhone was completely unharmed, not scratch, no crack, not dent, nothing yay!
However, the case completely cracked at the top left to where it will soon snap off and leave my top left corner exposed.

I can't decide wether to buy another one. One one hand it looks awesome and truly did protect my iPhone from a hard hit, but should I buy a case that will broke after one use...im not sure...

I loved this case at the beginning. Lightweight, thin, it was everything an iPhone user could've dreamed of. After a month it began to snap off my phone whenever I pulled it out of my pocket. Contacted their support, and no response. Then it cracked at the top near the camera, and began to fray around the edges. Horrible quality.

Contacted their support again, no response. Finally contacted them on Twitter and they said they would ship a replacement. That was 3 weeks ago, and nothing has come in the mail. I've stuck with Incase for 8 years now and they've had impeccable quality, but this is ridiculous. Goodbye Incase, and good riddance.
