I'm a little shocked no one has reviewed these yet. I've had them for about a year now and these have been my favorite headphones to use. Amazingly crisp clear highs with solid bass. For the price, there is not a better set of ear buds out there. Make sure you take a close look at these before purchasing anything else.

    I Love These Earphones

I just went through three pairs of cheaper headphones in the $50 range. They all had their issues. These headphones provide amazing sound range. They also fit really nicely in the ear, and the noise canceling is pretty good. Overall I am VERY happy with these earphones. I would highly recommend spending the extra money and purchasing them.

Without a doubt the best earphones I have ever owned! Contrary to what few people are saying, these have GREAT bass! Its just that some people have smaller ears than they think they do. TRY THE NEXT SIZE BUD UP FROM WHAT YOU THINK! It's still comfortable and it packs some great base! Now on the subject of durability, Mine are just fine! You just have to take good care of them.

Great sound, better then Shure SE425

These headphones are great. I owned a pair of Shure SE425 headphones, and I thought they were great, but once they broke, I decided not to spend over 300 bucks on headphones, and wanted to get comparable sound. To my surprise, the Klipsch Image S4i sound better.

Unlike many other in-ear headphones (ahhmm ahhmm Bose), Klipsch don't put extra bass in to the sound, nor extra treble. The sound comes out the way it was recorded by the artist, which in my opinion is the best way to listen to music. And the sound itself, beautiful. Not even when the volume is maxed out is the sound distorted in any way, no detail is lost. Instead, on any volume level, you start to hear things like whispers, minor instruments, even the singer whispering a countdown "1,2,3,4" before the song, which you never heard them whisper before. Incredible. For this price, an absolute STEAL. Making phone calls with the headphones is great as well, since the microphone that is built in is good, it does a good job of capturing the sound in the environment you are in, that way you hear yourself as well and don't shout. People I called using the Klipsch Image S4i have told me I sound very clear.

There are a couple of small negatives, but not worthy of detracting a single star. The cable is thin, about as thin as the Apple earbuds, which means it can tear more easily then say, the Shure headphones. Also, in the dry winter air, when you take off your jacked and accidentally rub it against the headphones cord (with the headphones in your ears), you sometimes get a minor electric zap in the ear (not very painful, yet often noticeable). Lastly, the fit is good, but you have to turn the rubber ear piece just the right way on the headphones' tips in order to assure that the headphones fit just as nicely in both ears.

I go this last year in July. Perfect satisfaction guarantee. The oval ear tips really are comfy and the sound quality is worth more than any $99 headphones. If you looking for an in-ear headphone under $100, this is it. Don't have to bother to look for something else. I have tried almost all the in-ear headphones that apple has and nothing beats S4i. Great microphone, HQ noise isolation, perfects for those who loves sound-isolation earphone and lazy enough to take their phones out to change musics/volumes.

The only cons i have is the carrying case. It would be really nice to get something like "iBeats' case" as it is much easier to use and convenient.

I hope this would be helpful :)

This is the killer, had one of this never one use other earphones ever again. The oval shape eartips is so comfortable comparing to beats, Jays even shures..
The Mic is self is a 360 degree Mic way trash the 90 degree Mic that all other brands..
Work best for Siri! They changed the cable accounting to feedbacks, best customer service!

    You wont regret getting it

I've had these for almost 2 years and they have worked great the entire time. I was stupid and put them in my pocket and sent them through the washer and dryer. Guess what they still worked fine. The heat from the dryer made the wires a little more pliable but that was months ago and they still work!!

The Klipsch S4i earbuds have an amazing sound. They are very comfortable to wear and I feel that the product support is excellent. This company stands behind their products and will do what ever to make your purchase right. I contacted the support department ( Mike ) and he quickly shipped out another pair the next day. ( If you need a receipt and purchased thru Apple, then your information is still available and a copy will be emailed to you )

Great set for the $100 price point

Bought these to replace my previous generation set that separated at the jack. I looked at a lot of others but returned to these. IMO you just can't beat the sound for the $100 price tag. An all around great performer. To spend more money for even better sound puts you in the audiophile category. Also, the updated design changes like a reinforced cord/jack section and the softer tangle free rubber makes a big difference for the wear and tear.

    - Great, full, crisp, rich sound quality
    - Better construction than previous models
    - Very comfortable for long wear

Probably the best earbuds you can get for this price.

These earbuds are absolutely amazing, being nearly on par with my B&W P5s in terms of sound quality. They don’t have quite the warm bass of some classical string pieces (i.e. Dietro Casa by the Brno Philharmonic Orchestra) or the ability hear the separate instruments playing (you can clearly hear the bass guitar in Hoppipola by Sigur Ros with the P5s, but it’s harder to isolate with these). Even so, like with the P5s, you’ll definitely notice that some of your mp3s are fairly low quality, when they sounded fine on other headphones.

The sound isolation beats out any other headphones I’ve used, including the B&W P5s, V-Moda Crossfade LPs, and, my old go-to for sound isolation, a pair of Sony EX Studio earbuds. I have hyper-sensitive hearing, so exemplary sound isolation is essential to me, because you never know when you’ll be stuck next to a screaming infant/child/college freshman on the bus. Even without music, they block out almost all noise, and just 25% volume on my 6th Gen iPod Nano requires people to tap my shoulder to get my attention.

Some reviewers have noted a lack of bass, poor sound quality, or bad sound isolation, but this is probably due to them wearing them improperly or with the wrong size for buds. To get a proper fit, start by using the “Sport Fit” described in the manual to find the size of bud right for you, since it’s easier to get a sound seal like this. Once you get the correct bud size, just finagle them around in the “Normal Fit” position to find how to best get a sound seal for yourself.

After comparing these with quite a few others, I have to say that these are the best by far. The sound quality is so superior to any other earbuds I've ever used that there is really no comparison. The bass is deep and rich. The midrange is clear and vibrant. The treble is perfect for the size. The fit is great, and the microphone is amazingly good. Using these with my iPhone to take and make phone calls is perfectly natural and the sound quality is terrific, whether I'm indoors or outdoors.

Outstanding Noise Isolation, Sound Quality. Not for Fitness time.

Had, used and broke Beats Tour before these. These are BETTER. Richer sound and very good fit. Also more compact and have more user-friendly remote than Shure 115+.
One disclaimer: people have spoken to the lack of durability in these headphones. I suspect this is because, like so many people I see at the gym these days, they decide to run, jump, bike, squat, and bend in their $100 headphones. It is pretty obvious in looking at them in the store that they are made to be compact and light in-ear headphones. If you don't abuse them, they will hold up fine.
I might play with the equalizer on my Ipod a little as well. They play a little heavy on the bass out of the box in my opinion. Enjoy. They're a great value.

Music is very deep and rich with these earbuds. Bass is great but not too overbearing. You hear smaller details in music using these much more so than you do with the Apple offerings. These blow away my Zagg buds and Apple in-ear's. For their performance they are a steal at 100 dollars.

These are without question the best set of earphones I have ever owned. The sound is incredible and you can hear clearly across the full sound spectrum. The noise isolation is great too. These earphones worked perfectly even after accidentally going through the washing machine and dryer - not a test I would recommend ;) however. Very impressed.

first of all, great sounding headphones for what it costs. secondly, great design and fits well. thirdly, and i'm not kidding, i left these in my pant pocket once and ran it through the wash and dry; i panicked when i found them, and then surprised myself to find that they worked as usual. how's that for quality build ?

Get these over the other $200-$300

I've had these for a couple of months and are still staying strong. Impeccable sound and isolates sound outside of what you're listening to. Most impressively; when accidentally putting these through the wash without knowing, they retained it's use; oddly, product information only notes that the ear capsules/buds are washable, but does not indicate if the product itself would become damaged after immersed in water. Really saves the notion of not having to replace these buds.
