Best headphones I have used yet

    • Written by from Bensalem

I am the guy that used buy $20-$30 headphones, and after I use them for a while either one side stops working or something wrong goes with the headphones. I got these as a birthday gift and love them.

These headphones are not only great quality but have been using them for about 4-5 months now and I must say I haven't had a problem. I have had the headphones pulled from the phone a few times, and they still work perfect. I love how they 100% compatible with my apple products. I have to say from now on it's all about Bose for me. Love my music and love Bose! :)

    Great Overall Product

    • Written by from San Francisco

Awesome sound. Extremely comfortable. Ear buds will not fall out. Exactly what I was looking for out of ear buds. Looked at the RHA, Beats, and the Apple in ear. The BOSE came out on top, and I am 100% satisfied. Keep in mind that the headphone jack has a tough time fitting the Iphone 5s (apple made) Leather case. You can actually squeeze it to fit, or like me, I just took a rounded file (or scissors) and took half a millimeter off the diameter off the headphone jack hole on the case. Sounds risky, but it was easy, looks the same, and it fits perfectly!

    Trumps Apple's Earpods

    • Written by from tucson

These are amazing earphones! Sound is easily superior to that of Apple's new EarPods. Bass is not punchy but tight and refined. So Rap/Hip-Hop sound great with these. And I also like that they don't provide a seal. Being mobile earphones, I want to hear my surroundings, not block them out. The carrying case is a great addition too.

    Fantastic pair of earphones

    • Written by from San Carlos

I cannot say enough good things about these headphones. I'm not the sort of person that usually writes product reviews, but I came here because they are just that good. I've had my pair for just over 2 years now and the ONLY thing that could be considered a fault on them is the black coloring on the rubber starting to fade near the remote. Other than that, these earphones are flawless.

As others have said the bass is boosted a bit, but I find that enjoyable as most other earphones don't compensate enough bass for the tiny drivers. It's not overdone though, bringing a punchy but firm tone. Mids and treble are crisp and sharp like they should be.

Some complain about the build quality, but I just accidentally put mine through the wash for the first time ever with no problems whatsoever. The funny-looking rubber tips do wonders to keep them in your ears. Seriously. I'm not particularly active myself, but I've never had them fall out of my ears in the 2 years I've had them. And they are easily removable for cleaning when necessary.

I wouldn't recommend them for airplane or noisy environment use because they aren't noise-canceling. That being said, Bose doesn't advertise them as such and they work great for their intended use. In fact, this ends up bring a somewhat useful feature as it allows you to still be aware of your surroundings while listening to music.

The remote is quite handy as well, allowing you to just play/pause/skip and adjust volume effortlessly. It has a microphone too, so if you get a phone call while listening to some tunes, it's no problem.

All in all, a great product... I would buy these again 10x over. The quality is as good today as when I unboxed them.

Buy them if you have the money!

    • Written by from Mount Laurel

I bought these headphones two days ago. I have the Bose SIE2i which are like the MIE2i but, in other colors and not black. I am very happy with them. The only thing I don't like about them is that the Sie2i don't have a carrying case like the MIE2i but, that's not a huge issue. These headphones are the most comfortable In-Ear headphones I ever put in my ears. They don't dig into your ears like other In-Ears like the Beats By Dr. Dre iBeats which do that. These headphones aren't Noise Cancelling or Noise Iscolating but, they do a descent job blocking out noise from the outside. These are by far better than Beats Audio Headphones when it comes to sound quallity. These are more Crisper, Softer, and More Powerful than the Beats which had a muddy bass. muddy bass is bass that is so powerful that, when listening to Classic Rock for example, it will sound awful. It does'nt show any detail for that genre and that's muddy bass. So save some money and buy the Bose instead of Beats. You will not be dissapointed with the Bose. Believe me, Bose knows how to make Headphones, Speakers, Ect. they have been around for a long time and they are still great. Buy them now!

I am so amazed on how well these sound. I've owened several "in ear" headsets in the past but these sound amazing. I think they have a perfect balance of sound. Bose sound for sure. Now, I did recently try these riding my bicycle and it get's tricky while in movement. Wind. You can't hear much of the music unless you really crank the volume up. They don't really block out the exterior sound that well. The upside of this (for those who ride bicycles) is that you can actually hear more of your surroundings compared to other ear buds that actually plug your ear canal allot more. I think these are perfect for every day use and maybe running but anything faster, you will have wind factor issues. Still worth the price though. Thank you Bose for the perfect audio!

    Another great Bose Product

    • Written by from airdrie

Have to make sure you use the right adapter to fit snug in your ears. They feel comfortable and the sound is amazing. Not overly loud with bass, but the clarity when watching movies and listening to music is great. Well worth the money, like most Bose products. Not just a brand gimmick like other makes and models.

With the option of selecting the correct size silicone ear piece, this audiophile enjoys the greater frequency response and lower THD than similarly priced in-ear headsets. Vivaldi and Led Zepplin are faithfully reproduced.

    Best Ever In-Ear Headset

    • Written by from Castle Pines

This is one of the best headset I've owned for a while second after the original in-ear headphones.

The extra-bass is my favorite as it feels better than the Bose Quiet Comfort 15s. I use them with my iPad, iPhone and MacBook Pros for excellent sound, experiencing music, movies and just about anything. Making phone calls is just as easy on both the iPad, iPhone and the Mac. The controls work on all apple devices to skip, pause, reverse tracks playing on iTunes.

    Quite the headphones.

    • Written by from Calgary

These headphones lasted me about 2 years, and the way I use them, that's very long compared to others (Don't want to bash on any others, but my previous pair lasted 6 months.)

When I switched to these headphones, I initially could not hear the difference between these and $20 headphones. Lol! But now my pair of bose broke, and I decided to go back to my old headphones, and I realized the immense difference in sound and quality. I'll probably buy another pair of these in the future.

    Good sound quality.
    Stays in your ear.

    Great Quality for reasonable price

    • Written by from Hartford

Originally I bought the Beats by Dre earbuds, and within 2 months, the first pair broke and Best Buy replaced them and then broke again. So I said, give me something else, so they showed me these, and I was amazed on how much better they sounded than the Beats. They sounded better and they were cheaper, imagine that. The sound is so crisp and has the right amount of bass. And you can listen clearly without having to blast the noise. If you need earbud headphones, BUY THESE

    Can make out he Lyrics....

    • Written by from Vernon

Very happy with the Bose MIE2i Mobile Headset. It's quite amazing that songs I've been listening for literally decades and thought I knew the lyrics to, the MIE2i revealed that I was wrong! That's how clear the music is and this clarity is present across the entire volume range. It's almost like these are high def audio headset if there is such and animal. They are very comfortable and the integrated 3-way Pause/Answer phone, volume switch is extremely convenient. I was a little concerned about the price when I ordered them and when I cracked the seal on the box and as I removed them from the packaging and as I inserted them into my ears. However, as I sampled my play lists for the first 5 hours the concern about the price melted away as I found that my hearing was not as bad as my old headset made me think it was.

    its quality for money...

    • Written by from mumbai

as title says... paying 7650 for earphones is quite bit odd thing. but after purchasing it one realizes its difference in terms of sound quality and comfort. it fits very comfortably in ear and sounds great. in day to day traveling in Mumbai Locals and in the traffic it gives good feel as u can hear the beats and music so clearly and that to without increasing the volume to blast your ears. i find this very useful as hearing the music at loud which we require to do if we are traveling in trains or halt in mid of the traffic which ultimately leads to pain in both ear and head. iPhone 4s along with this earphones is a great combination.

    Best there are

    • Written by from Tewksbury

For me, it was a choice between the brand new Apple EarPods or these. I went with these and my brother went with the earpods. I tried them both, and I find that these are much much more comfortable. They barely sit in your ear, making them easy to leave in and forget about for long periods of time. But because of the little extremity, they fit very snugly and don't fall out.

The sound quality is amazing. Rich across most of the span. The bass could be a little deeper, but it is still nice, just not as deep as the EarPods.

Mic records in great sound quality, as tested on my Windows PC.

If you can't spend much money, go with the new Apple EarPods, but if you want a truely great product, the most comfortable you will ever have, then go with Bose. They set the standard again.

    Best ever!

    • Written by from LUBBOCK

I've tried numerous Mobile ear pods and was never satisfied until I purchased these. I have been slowly losing my hearing over a period of about 30 years. No cell phone could provide the quality of hearing I needed to carry on a conversation and actually understand it. I now use the Alera hearing aids. Even so, it was almost impossible to use ear pods because the hearing aids were inserted into the ear canal. They were all inferior and would fall out within minutes. Then came these Bose ear pods! The soft "hooks" keep the Bose "ears" in the ear canal and are extremely comfortable. The sound quality and clarity are excellent. There is no comparison. Hands down, it's Bose.
