    This one works well with my gen6 iPod.

    Can automatically scan for a FM channel that is open or weak enough to allow your iPod to play back thru the car's radio. A great feature when driving a long distance. Cable length is enough for me to route it in my center console keeping the clutter down. The 30 pin connector is very similar to the standard Apple cable allowing easy plugging/un-plugging. Good sound quality.

    I see where the lowest reviews are related to iPhone usage. I do not have an iPhone so I can't relate to those issues. All I can say is that this one works well for me with my iPod.

    I love it for the 4/4S but what about 5?

    This works great I've had several over the years. My last one quite working after two years I guess that's not too bad. I love it for my 4/4S but am thinking about buying an IPhone 5 and wonder if it will work with that one. Otherwise love it. Oh by the way I live way out in the country so I don't know about big city use but where I live and the medium size cities around me it works great.

    Never once have I had an issue works right out of the box. Charges the device while you listen to your music or even movies that you want to listen through your car speakers? no problems. I've used it with my iPhone 3g, 4, and 4s and my iPod touch and nano. It works great. I don't understand the other negative reviews. Great buy!!!
