    My third Sena case

    • Written by from Phelps

I had two previous Sena cases, but vertical styles. I liked them and had them for for quite some time. On each of them the belt clip finally broke off the case even though they didn't appear to be "well used".

So I decided to go with Sena again. However this case isn't a good one. It is hard to get the phone out of the case and the clip is so loose the phone falls off my belt all the time. NOT GOOD... I tried including my pants into the clip with my belt in an attempt secure it better. Still falls off. So needless to say I am looking for a new case.

    Terrible

I had to jam my phone into the pouch (with super thin case) and it got stuck. Why not have a magnet seal the flap instead of a cumbersome button?

Metal clasp ... will result in lots of returns

    • Written by from MINT HILL

Got this one with my new iPhone 4s. The metal tap closure would not work ... misaligned and disfigured. Sent it back ASAP. That clasp device will NOT work for long IF it is working when you get it. LOTS OF RETURNS ... I expect. AND for what its worth, cases for the older iPhones WORK for the new one.
    AVOID THIS CASE.

    Bad case

For that price should have been a better product! First time used it, thought looked and worked great and then by the end of the day the belt clip came off and it appears it was just slid into the opening and did not stay in there with glue or something. Thank God did not break my phone too! If you charge $40 for a simple product like this better make it good.

    Epic fail

    • Written by from Burnaby

I got this from the Apple Store and initially found it very good. I figured a way to get my iPhone4 in and out without scratching it and was very happy with it even though the pricing was on the high side.

Within two months I realize the metal 'button' on the flip was getting loose. The 'female' side of the button on the casing was fine. It was the 'male' side of the button that was about to come off. Since this is not a magnetic one and every time I need to get my phone I have to 'pop' the button (20 times a day?) once in the end the whole button came off. I tired many times to glue the surroundings so it will stay at it place but unfortunately nothing worked.

I am extremely disappointed and have not find a similar case that works. Only reason for 1 star is because other things are fine but the most important feature has a F.

    Fail...

    • Written by from Cherry Hill

Two big problems with this case -- the first is that it is that the case holds the phone more tightly than the belt clip holds your belt. That means you will pull the case off your belt before the phone is released unless you take the extra time to push the phone out from underneath, which is awkward. The other problem is that the metal snap on the foldover flap (1950's surplus, no doubt) will scrape against the phone when you're putting the phone in or out of the case. I guess these people never saw the hidden magnetic snaps that everyone else uses. This one is going right back to Apple.

Overpriced and does not protect the edges of the iPhone.

    • Written by from Oakland

I would give this case no stars, if that was possible, this case does not protect the edges of the iPhone 4. I dropped my iPhone in this case on pavement and some of the glass on the edges got chipped off. I going back to using Speck Pixel HD case I got from Apple for free!
