    The software freezes up my iMac

    The eye tv software is the first, and luckily the only software product thus far that is able to totally freeze up my iMac. Unfortunately, I had to dive deep into my wallet to get this unwarrented experience.

    Painful to set up - outdated technology

    They need new cable boxes added. Comcast has new boxes and the remotes weren't easy to program. Took 10 tries each number.

    If I had $225 a month for cable HD DVR, I'd avoid this HD recorder.
