Note: this question has been posted under the Mobility Cart, which is a charge-only cart and does not sync at all.
With regards to the PowerSync Cart for iPad, there really is no software for Windows PCs that would allow you to sync multiple iPads. iTunes for Windows is not capable of handling a cart of iPads, while Apple Configurator is Mac-only software.- Answered by Huey N from Franklin Park

This cart does NOT sync. You need the Bretford Powersync Cart. I have one and it works wonderful for syncing my iPads to one single macbook!
