Is it possible to use the bluetooth feature on a mac or ipad device with these speakers for wireless control?

Answer
No, nothing wireless about these. They need to be plugged in to either a 3.5mm audio output (or headphone jack), or else using RCA cables. 4' connection cables are included. They also need to be plugged in to an outlet – no "battery powered" option with these.

Are the speakers suseptable to interfearance from cell phone data transfer?

Answer
Unfortunately yes, although not as much as some. I find that they are particularly susceptible from interference from my iPhone when plugged into its dock. That said the audio quality from the speakers is so good that I would suggest that this shouldn't be a reason not to buy them. Personally I'm very happy indeed, the quality of sound reproduction is top notch, I simply move the dock of my phone to a safe distance.

How do you hook up bose companion 2 series ll to an iPod Touch

Best Answer
you buy an audio cable if you dont already have one. They usually have the red and white plugs on one end, and a headphone jack on the other. you plug the red and white into the appropriate ports on the speaker, and then the headphone jack on the ipod touch. then start playing music and enjoy!
