What is the EarPods carrying case like?
Is the case that comes with the earpods suitable for winding them up and carrying in a pocket? Is there a place in the box for the cord to wind around? About how big is the case?

AnswerYou can use the case as you have suggested provided you know how to wind the wires properly. If you do it wrong you can damage the wires. Here's how to do it right: first place the EarPods into the case. They only fit one way. Next wrap the wire WITHOUT the remote around the case counter-clockwise and through the center of the case and stop. Next wrap the wire WITH the remote around the case counter-clockwise and through the center of the case and stop. Now holding both wires you just continue wrapping the wire around the case counter-clockwise until you are ready to place the cover onto the case and snap it shut. Caution: be sure that the wire is completely inside the case before you snap the cover shut. The case measures 2.4 inches square.

How is audibility for this Apple EarPods with Remote and Mic in noisy environment?
- Asked by Ruzanna S
- Jan 13, 2013
- Flag as inappropriate
AnswerSince these earphones do not create a seal like in-ear earphones do, these do not have noise cancelation. So the noisy environment will affect the pleasure of your hearing on the music. You may still hear the music but with the noisy environment in the background. Otherwise in a quiet environment, you hear your music very well. These earphones are designed to be comfortable and direct sound into the ear canal.

Can I use this new ear pods with other handsets (i.e. Galaxy Note) and still take advantage of all the features like answering calls, etc?

Best AnswerWhen it comes to non-apple products, you can't know for sure without trying. Especially with androids as they are all built differently with different hardware. I'd borrow a pair from a friend (can be the old ones with mic/volume) and try first.
However I do believe you can pickup calls with the middle button on most handsets.- Answered by Madison S from Surrey

dose the earpods works for ipad mini?
dose the earpods works for ipad mini?
- Asked by Ayeda A from Jedah
- Nov 16, 2012

AnswerThe audio will work on any device with a standard headphone jack. The remote will work on any iOS device 2 years old and newer. Since the iPad mini was made after the earpods, it is almost garrunteed to work. By the way, I forgot to mention. The earpods are just the same as he old earphones, except different design and supreme sound quality. Any device that the remote on the old headphones worked with will work with these. All the features on the earpods will work with the new iPad mini.

HOW TO PUT AWAY THE CORD
How do you replace the apple earpods into the case?
- Asked by Fanchon S from Cincinnati
- Oct 5, 2012
- Flag as inappropriate
Best AnswerReplacing the cord in the traveling case can be very difficult if you don't know what you're doing the first time. It is a rather simple process once you figure it out though.
Step 1: Put the actual pods into their respective left and right holes.
Step 2: Take both cables from the ear pods and begin wrapping from the bottom in a counter-clockwise direction until you reach the middle of the top.
Step 3: Take the cord without the remote and lay it down the center channel.
Step 4: Lay the cable with the remote and mic down the center channel on top of the other cable.
Step 5: Finish wrapping in a counter clockwise direction until you have the entire cable wrapped.
Step: 6: Place the plastic cover back on the traveling case.
Step 7: Done!- Answered by George J
