This adapter should work with any charger that has a micro USB plug. I don't think that there is anything special about BlackBerry chargers vs. any other micro USB chargers.

You don't necessarily need to buy an adapter. But if you have an old docking station you need to buy the Lightning to 30 pin connector for 29 dollars on apple.com for it to work.
