Can the wireless keyboard be paired with more than one device,i.e., an iPad & MacBook at the same time.
- Asked by Thomas B from Los Angeles
- Jun 8, 2011

Best AnswerYes! I have this keyboard paired with my Mac Book Pro, my iPhone AND My PS3 :)
The only this is that if your Mac is turned on with it's bluetooth on, it will always connect first to the keyboard, so if you want to use with your iPhone with the mac in range you have to remove the keyboard from the mac- Answered by Andre Henrique B from Gama

Can the Apple Wireless Keyboard be used with a PS3?
- Asked by Brian C from Virginia Beach
- May 17, 2010
- Flag as inappropriate
Best AnswerYes, but you have to unpair it from your Mac first by removing it from the Bluetooth preferences. Then add a Bluetooth device in the PS3 in Settings->Accessory Settings->Manage Bluetooth Devices. A scan will ask you to type in a code on the keyboard.
Unfortunately it's a hassle to move it back & forth between the PS3 & Mac.- Answered by Brandon N from Toronto

Can I get French language accents on this keyboard?
- Asked by Peter K
- Mar 4, 2010
- Flag as inappropriate
Best AnswerYou can get them on ANY keyboard as long as you set the language as French in your operating system. You may have to work out the key bindings by yourself though.
Additionally, if you do use those French accents often you should consider buying French version of this keyboard - it should have those accents printed on the keys and may have slightly different layout from the International version.- Answered by Re M

How easy is it to pair this keyboard with multiple devices?
I'd like to be able to use it (at different times) with a MBP, iphone or ipad. I'm wondering if that's easy to do (say by simply toggling bluetooth on and off on each device), or if the keyboard would only let itself be 'paired' with a single device at a time and if I'd have to go through a re-pairing process every time I changed.

Best AnswerWhilst the keyboard can be paired with multiple devices (for me an iPhone, MBA and iMac) it is occasionally problematic. You have to remember to switch off bluetooth on (or at least disconnect) the devices you don't want to type on. If you do forget all that happens is that halfway through typing the keyboard stops, or in other cases while starting a device you find you cannot type a password for example.

Is Apple Wireless Keyboard Bluetooth 4.0?
- Asked by Anthony G from Strongsville
- Mar 13, 2012
- Flag as inappropriate
Best AnswerNo, the current model is 2.0, but it's compatible with 4.0; which means that you could pair and use it with the new iPad if you want to. But it's gonna drain more battery power than as if it was 4.0.
I'm waiting for the improved 4.0 version to come out too, so have some faith. I'm sure it's on it's way!- Answered by Yingbo Z from Mount Pleasant
