Is there an apple wireless keyboard that works with OS X 10.4.11? Seems the new wireless keyboard doesn't work properly with 10.4.11
My old wireless keyboard crapped out and it looks like the new wireless one works but not all the keys work properly. Is there an apple keyboard that works fully with OS X 10.4.11 or do I have to upgrade to 10.5 or 10.6 to use ANY wireless keyboard?

I am typing this on a brand new Apple Wireless Keyboard linked to my G4 Powerbook running 10.4.11 - so yes, there is. The only thing that does not work properly is the function keys, but you can still do all the same functions, just not with the key as its labled (if that makes sense?). So the millions of answers you can find on google that say "No, Must have 10.5" are rubbish.
I searched for days to find if anyone was using this new keyboard with Tiger and found no definitive answer so thought I'd give it a go - and it works just fine!
Hope this helps someone else go unwired...;0)- Answered by Adam K from Seaforth

Answer
Yes. I've used it for everything from max level WoW raids to TF2 and CS:GO and everything in between. I've never had lag issues or issues with key-press combinations not registering correctly.

Does the Apple Wireless Keyboard work to control Apple TV if I have a Bluetooth receiver plugged into the Apple TV's USB port?
Ideally, I'd be able to pair the Apple Wireless Keyboard with the D-Link USB Bluetooth receiver (model DBT-120) I have that I would plug into the USB port on the back of the Apple TV.

Best Answer
No. The USB port on the back of the Apple TV is for service use only. Try and iPhone or iPod Touch to control your Apple TV.

What is the estimated battery life for the wireless keyboard and mouse?
I am concerned that if I have to go through to many batteries, not a green solution, then I might be better off with a wired keyboard.

Best Answer
Depending on usage you should expect 2 to 3 months of life. Actual battery life is a function of many factors including battery quality. Remember, you CAN use rechargeable batteries which is a very 'green' tactic these days.

I have been looking for one too, and the only option (though seemingly a good option) is the Waterfield Designs keyboard case. Would love to know if anyone has used this case.

Can the wireless keyboard by used on PS3 ?

Best Answer
Yes. It works great. Make sure the keyboard is not currently connected to any of your Macs or PC before pairing this keyboard with your PS3. In other words, shut off any devices that are using the keyboard or else the PS3 won't be able to "see" it.

It is only possible if you were to get a USB bluetooth adapter. Since this keyboard can only use a wireless bluetooth connection, you would have to use a USB bluetooth adapter to add bluetooth to your system.

My wired Apple keyboards come with the Spanish ñ letter and the ´accent. Quite useful when you do a lot of writing in Spanish. I would order a wireless keyboard if it came with such. Is it available?
