How to use my iphone 4 with a cable for my hearing aid?
In the past I had a Nokia with an accessoire for listening and talking with an induction-cable aroud my neck. So I could use my cell with my hearing-aid in the T-stand.
Q 1) Is the a similair accessoire for my iPhone?

I just upgraded from the iPhone 1st Gen to the 3GS 32GB. I have the Apple Bluetooth headset and the travel cable that came with it. I thought it didn't fit my new phone, but it does. I just needed to apply a little more pressure than I had been.

No. The connector will not make connection with the phone. You must remove the bumper for this connector to work.

You can use any USB car adaptor to charge with the travel cable. Apple does sell some on their online store.

The Bluetooth travel cable only fits the first party iPhone Bluetooth headset, which is no longer made. You are going to need to buy a headset that uses mini or micro USB which do not work with the travel cable.

You cant buy new ones anymore. You must find some some used ones on different websites or buy a third party headset.
