It depends on the cable you are using with this charger. If you are using your sync cable that came with your iPhone 5 then yes.

you can use this but will need to remove the USB to lightning and add your USB to 30pin dock cable "New Ipad" was removed from apple with release of 4th gen Retna with lightning connector this is why its not on the list

Does this compatible with iPod 120GB (2008)
I have iPod classic 120GB (2008) and iPad3.
The USB wall charger comes with iPad3 doe not charge my iPod 120GB (2008).
