Can the front flap fold all the way back and stay? Or do you have to deal with a big flap while you talk on the phone?

You can use the elastic band to keep the flap folded back...

Can the phone be easily removed from the iphone plastic bed?
I would idealy like to use the phone while out of the case and move around with it in the case. Will I be able to get the phone in and out of the plastic slots easily?

In a word, no. The case holds the phone very well but the flipside of this is that it's pretty difficult to get the phone out of the case again...

There is a band that wraps around the case. As a heads up, this case is annoying when making or answerings calls.

Does the camera hole also allow for the extra lens to be fitted without taking out of case?
I phone five has a fitted camera three in one lense - the wallet case for iphone 5 does it allow that attachment without taking out of case or not
