They are relatively heavy, but it doesn't cause comfort issues for me. I wear them in the backyard while playing fetch with the dogs..several hours with no probs. Especially nice in cold weather because they keep your ears warm. In warm weather you might have a little ear sweat.

Micro USB-B, and the one I purchased did not fit well into the charge port. I purchased an after market cable which worked just fine. Better to spend 10$ on a good cable than to risk damaging a 400$ headphone by jamming and jerking around with the stock cable.
