AnswerYes. Works flawlessly with my MacBook Pro. Install the printer software (either from the CD or online download). Then, connect via your WiFi network (through your wireless router) or WiFi Direct, which can have 5 devices connected at the same time, no router needed). There is also a USB hard wire connection

Does the printer need one large cartridge as it takes 5 of them and the slot for the 5th cartdidge looks bigger.
If one cartridge runs dry can I still continue printing or need to replace it to continue.

Best AnswerMost HP Photosmart printers have five slots for ink. The four that are smaller/same size, are for (a) black photo ink, (b) magenta, (c) cyan, and (d) yellow. The fifth (large) slot is for black ink. This is a much larger slot, since most of the printing one does is black-on-white, so one will use black ink at a much higher rate.

AnswerThe 7520 can print single-sided or duplex (both sides). The document feeder can scan 1 side only, it does not flip the page to scan both sides

Answer
Yes. I do this frequently. After the software is installed, you can scan to a computer or mobile device from the printer control panel or from any device. Note: The receiving device must be on the same WiFi network

Can this print legal documents and can you use card stock paper?
- Asked by Chris S from Ewing
- Nov 8, 2012

AnswerAccording to technical specs, this HP Photosmart accepts paper size up to 8.5 " x 14," so - yes - it can print legal-size documents. "Card stocks" can be of many different thicknesses. If you mean "card stock," such as pre-perfed stock for typical business cards - yes. But not a thicker stock, such as for display cards.
