Answer
Yes, you can down load the drivers for the pen from the wacom website. The rest is just plug and play. It works with out the driver but there is not pressure sensitivity.

I want to write notes so that I can type and then easily switch over to draw pictures, write equations down, etc. Can it do this? I have Microsoft Office 2008 for my Macbook Pro.
