Yes. They also come with an over ear clip for working out. I haven't yet needed the clips. They stay in fine on their own.

Not really compatible.

You will be able to listen to music and make phone calls from an audio/mic standpoint, but the controls will only function to start/stop music and answer/end phone calls.

This is a common theme with Android phones, as there is no standard to which each manufacturer must adhere with respect to headset controls. Bluetooth headset connections are different, FYI, meaning that the volume and Next/Previous track buttons will function normally with Android devices.
