Can it be compatible with android devices also?Is there a promotional price for students?
I have an iPod 4th generation and i knew that the headphone jack of android devices are the same with the iPod. So, I wanna ask if this brand new beats solo hd headphone is also compatible with android devices or not.

Best AnswerThe headphone will work.The Middle button will function as an Answer/End although the Volume Up and Down button will not work. But if your android device is BeatsAudio enabled then all three buttons with work.

AnswerStudios, which are over ear, cover your entire ear so your ears are inside of the headphones and they are much bigger than solo hds. Solo hds rest quite comfortably on your ears and are very light and portable. People argue that the sound quality is better on Studios but I reccomend picking yourself up some solo hds because a). the quality is just as good b). they are smaller and lighter and c). they cost $100 less.

Can I activate Siri/Voice Control using the remote control on this headphone?
Will the remote control on this headphone work like the remote control on the original Apple in-ear earphones other than for playing/pausing/changing music and answering calls? Can I use it to activate Siri and Voice Control as well?

Best AnswerYes you hold down the middle button on control talk and your iphone will open siri. The control talk works exactly the same as any other ipod headphones with a remote

Is the wire that connects the phone to the headphones always black and red?
I am going to buy the Beats Solo HD On-Ear Headphones in the light blue and white, but the picture of the cord that will connect my phone to the headphones is black and red. I think this will pretty much clash with the blue and white headphone color. Even though I purchase the light blue and white headphones, will the cord that comes with it still be black and red?
