Yes it will. The only thing you run into maybe the case is too big and doesn't fit. If this is the case you will need the "CellPay 3.5mm audio extension cable, Otterbox compatible". It works with tons of other cases and other 3.5mm mobile credit card readers too.

No, it doesn't. But Intuit makes a similar reader and app, called GoPayment, that does integrate with QuickBooks.

No, you have to tie one account to it, so it will only work for one account per login. If you make a second account, you can tie that to a separate bank account, but you would then have to logout and login with the new account whenever you wanted to change.

Yes, it will work with WiFi only iPad, as long as you have a WiFi Signal. It needs to have access to some kind of data, either WiFi or Cellular, in order for the card reader to work.

No, there is no monthly fees. You only pay a 2.75% per swipe fee for Visa and MasterCard

Yes, as long as the HSA and debit cards utilize the Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express networks. Transactions, if swiped, are charged a card-present credit interchange fee of 2.75%, no transaction fee. Keyed transactions are charged 3.75% + $.15 transaction fee.

No, 2.75% is what your charged. Square has made it pretty easy to accept credit cards. It's 2.75% per swipe and nothing else.

Anyone can use this, it is not required that you be a business. I use it for my business and personal. They are GREAT at a garage sale.
