Does this device work with Runtastic Pro to provide heart rate info?

AnswerYes. I bought this today after looking thru the compatibility on the manufacturer's website. I have been using Runtastic Pro for three months and every week I use this App to track my running habit. This Blue HR strap works well. Keep in mind that switching on the Bluetooth on your iPhone might not discover its presence. It is not until you wear it on and batch your App will you find the reading showing around the red heart icon. Enjoy!

Will this work with the iPhone 5?
I see it runs on Bluetooth 4.0, and only works on the 4S (not the 4) for this reason. Given the iPhone 5 also has BT4.0, am I right to assume the Wahoo HR strap will also work with the iPhone 5?

Will it work with the phone in a backpack?
I'd like to use this for mountain biking, but I keep my phone in my backpack while riding. Will it have any issues staying connected? I've heard of Bluetooth HR straps from other companies having this problem.

AnswerI've used it with the phone in my jacket or trouser pocket without any problem, so I wouldn't expect a backpack to offer any other problems.
