It works on any device that can open an iOS App.

It is optimized for the iPhone 5, and all the iPads.

After a couple of minutes, the IR level is automatically reduced to 20%, this is automatic as well. It is not possible to turn it off remotely.

Yes. You are able to monitor your baby with an unlimited range. Thereby, when you are outside your home Wi-Fi network (i.e. 3G, Wi-Fi at work or in another country), you can still monitor your baby.
