The Atari Arcade for iPad must be purchased separately from the entire catalog of games for it. Do the following to buy the games:
Go to the App Store using the "App Store" icon on the iPad. Using the search feature, search for "atari's greatest hits." Install the resulting app that appears by touching the "FREE" button followed by entering your Apple ID password. Once installed, open the app and use the In-App Purchase option to buy all 100 games for $9.99.- Answered by Aaron W from Brooklyn

This only works with Atari's Greatest Hits app from the App Store. Games mentioned are not property of Atari and therefore are not part of the greatest hits pack.
