For lack of better wording.... Mac OSX recognizes all Wacom tablets as a mouse. So essentially it can be a mouse replacement. It will work with any and all software for and within OSX. :) Hope I helped!

Will this work with Autodesk SketchBook?

Answer
Yes. They were designed to work together. The pen is pressure sensetive, so can make thick or thin lines depending on how hard you press. Opacity can be set to pen pressure also. Sketchbook is the only program that will do this, as far as I have found. I don't have Photoshop tho.

My son works on FaceTime with a Dyslexic instructor, is it possible to use this to write paragraphs and have his instructor see it simultaneously?

Answer
Are you both using Macs, rather than Facetime on iPad or iPhone? If you have desktops at both ends of the conversation, you could consider using iChat as an alternative to Facetime and share your son's desktop directly with the tutor.

Is this compatible with Lion?
This question has not been answered. NB one user has so far written that his iMac crashed whenever he attempted to install the software and that Apple subsequently advised that the software was not for the new Lion... Sounds like a nice tool but I can't purchase it without knowing that this is'nt as reported in feedback comments.
