Why does my phone hold more storage than the iPad mini when they are the same GB
I've compared both my iPhone and iPad mini, which are the same GB, and it seems that my phone is able to hold much more storage than the iPad mini. I'm finding that when I go to update an app that I already have on the iPad mini, a message will pop up saying that there is not enough storage and to go to settings to make changes. I'm having to delete apps due to the fact that my ipad mini doesn't have enough "storage". I'm pretty disappointed in the iPad mini, and upset at the price I paid for it. Is there anything I can do about increasing my storage on the iPad mini?

ipad mini or ipad with retina for college
I cannot decide between the ipad mini and the ipad with retina. I am an engineering student and want to carry around an iPad instead of lugging my books plus laptop around. I want to be able to pull it out in class and read my books on it.
Is the mini going to be hard to read my textbooks on? is the ipad 4 going to be too large to pull out in class, is it worth the extra money?
Obviously the 170 dollar price difference is a big deal. I also am not sure if I need the 32gb. I don't plan on using it for much besides school, so no music downloads or movies will be stored on it.- Asked by Jaime R from Saint Peters

Best AnswerI can honestly say that the iPad mini displays textbooks (and all books for that matter) really, really well. The size is perfect because it is really thin and light, something that can't be said of the full size iPad. It's super easy to type and highlight on the mini and takes up less space in your bag. The full size iPad may be a tad faster at key things like opening apps or opening a webpage a few seconds faster, but the iPad mini is perfectly speedy enough to do anything and everything from reading and annotating books, to creating documents, spreadsheets, and presentations, to loading big pages and running super powerful apps with no lag whatsoever. The battery life on the mini is also fantastic, and it really is quite portable and capable for its size and price. The smaller screen size doesn't compromise any of the apps or functionality of a full size iPad at all. Hope I helped!

How do I hear sound from my iPad through my car sound system?
I have an iPad 3 and want to listen to audiobooks whilst driving my car on frequent long distant travel. I drive a VW Golf. The speaker in the iPad is not strong enough to hear over the engine noise at speed and holding th iPad with speaker uppermost on my lap is satisfactory for sound but unsatisfactory for safety.

what is the difference between wifi or wifi with 3g
I want to buy another ipad and I want to know what is the difference between an ipad with just wifi or an ipad with wifi and 3g

Best AnswerThe iPad with only wifi will only work where Internet service is available . Example Home, work, hot spots. The iPad with 3G allow you to access your iPad online through use of a cellular data plan on monthly basis or a prepaid data card. Both Verizon and AT&T have no contract data pans available. I have the iPad 2 64 GB. With Wifi and 3G and love it. It is worth the extra 50.00 Dollars or so. Get the best you can afford will last longer!!

Should I buy an iPad mini or Macbook Air 11?
I already have a full iPad 3... the 6 month OLD iPad... but I do want a new computer because my Dell stinks really bad... like the battery will die instantly if I unplug it. But I also want a more portable tablet from Apple of course. Nither of them have Retina, I know but I just can't wait for either "next generation" ones. I was going to get a new iPod touch, but the iPad mini is only $30 extra.... so why not get that instead of the iPod. I'm so confused on which to get because The macbook can do EVERY thing that I do on my iPad, but the iPad mini can do everything also... oh, and just recently like yesterday, My dell computer stopped woking properly, so I can't sync my iPad anymore...

Best AnswerI don't understand your reasoning behind wanting an iPad mini when you already have the iPad 3; But go with the MBA. It'll be of far more use than a smaller version of what you already have. And the MBA can do much more than everything you can do on your iPad; It's a more logical choice to skip the mini, and get the Air. If your only concern is that you can't sync your iPad anymore, then skip both. Since iOS 5 was released, it hasn't been necessary to sync you iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch for updates. And you can find an app in the App Store to back up your data.

What does the iPad mini do differently than the iPad2? And should i get a iPad mini because of the price, or an iPad2? I already have an iPod4
I dont want to spend a lot of money, but I want something bigger than my iPod.

Best AnswerHi Julie,
The real only differences between the iPad mini & iPad 2 are:
The screen size 9.7" compared with 7.9"
The connectors: iPad 2 - 30 Pin Connector / iPad mini - Lightning Connector 8 Pin
The camera is also slightly better in the iPad mini to the iPad 2
If you like Siri the voice assistant then the iPad mini has this feature the iPad 2 does not.
iPad mini starts at £269 available in 16/32/64GB on the Apple Store
iPad 2 starts at £329 but only available in 16GB
I hope this helps.- Answered by Josh R

should i get a white or black ipad mini?
- Asked by Caleb H from Feeding Hills

Best AnswerFor looks, the black and slate is probably the best. It's got got nice features and the feeling of the slate is very good. The slate also gives you a bit of a blue tinge which is quite nice too. The white and silver iPad mini is all a bit bright. Although, it make the camera and home button more visible. My choice would be the black and slate but I think the white and silver is very cool too.

Do I have to purchase a service contract with the ipad wi-fi or could I use my cable Internet?
I have a cable Internet service for my computer. I also have the firet iPad that works fine with my Internet. If I purchase the new iPad with wi-fi, do I have to purchase a wi-fi service such as AT&T, Verizon, etc.?

Best AnswerIf you meant the one with cellular internet service then yes you will have to purchase the appropriate iPad for your cellular provider. If you intend to purchase a wi-fi only iPad then it is incapable of using a cellular data network and will operate the same as your previous iPad on your current internet service.
