How can I see a demo? My eyesight is poor. Can I get large version of e-mail on my large TV?

I need to magnify the contents of my email from my ipad. Will using Apple TV allow me to to see those in a large version on my large TV screen?

Is this service ( Apple TV) available in Mexico? It says it may not work in some countries. There is an Apple store in Cancun so I am hopeful!

Can I use a USB Tether from my phone to my Apple TV to provide a intenet connection?

I have a droid razor phone with Verizion wireless mobile data plan. With the use of a App called PDA Net I used to be able to make my phone a mobile hot spot to connect to the internet with my Apple TV. My carrier ( Verizion ) has now blocked this feature. So I would like to be able to connect my phone with a USB Tether through a App. called PDA Net. If I activate the USB Tether on my phone can I connect it to the ethernet connection on the Apple TV device to connect to the internet ?
