Apple TV on old Tube TV with no HDMI.

I have an Apple TV for my new TV's with HDMI. I have a second place with older, non-HD TV's and no HDMI or digital input. What do I need to make Apple work? Or is there a better solution to stream video on these old TV's? I really like being able to rent stuff from iTunes and use my iPad and iPhone with Airplay, but maybe that's not possible.

Apple TV, can it be used outside the UK?

Many people ask if apple TV can be used outside the UK, maybe in Thailand, Cyprus or Brazil but no answers yet. Does the apple TV know what region you are in? Does it connect via the IP address and block content if you are not in the UK??

Why are Elf, Home Alone and Home Alone 2 not available to watch on apple Tv?

My friends and I enjoy watching them every year. After a heavy night out at the weekend, we had all planned to have a movie night with these three movies on our agenda.

I would appreciate it if you would take my request into great consideration so in the near future we can plan an evening watching our favourite characters such as Kevin Mcallister, Buzz, Uncle Frank and of course Buddy the Elf!
