Is this microphone THX-Certified? Is there a difference between a Blue Yeti and a THX-Certified Blue Yeti?

I've been looking around for this microphone and I've noticed that some of them have a "THX-certified" logo on them, and while I was looking at the picture of this microphone at apple.com I can't see that logo. So my question is; Is there a major difference between a THX-Certified Blue Yeti / "Regular" Blue Yeti?

Can the Yeti be connected to a sound mixer to record from?

I am recording for a whole choir and i need to link the Yeti microphone to the mixer i am using for the recording along with the sound pro. the cable i need to use with the mic should be either banana or xlr on one end and the other end is the yeti plug itself. thanks for your help, and if it's possible to connect the yeti to the mixer what kind of cable will i need and where can i buy it from?

Is the Yeti easy to use for beginners?

I am a classical violinist who has never done a recording at home (always went to studio) and am considering doing so. I am not exactly the most tech-savvy person and was wondering what you guys think about the product versus the Snowball. The Snowball looks much user-friendly but I don't want to sacrifice quality.

I'm thinking of buying a Macbook Air, and one of the reasons would be to use something like the Yeti with Garage Band for recording my voice lessons and practice. Would all this work?

Does this work for high-frequency vocals in a voice teaching studio?

I teach classical/operatic voices and need to be able to easily record lessons for students. The Blue Snowball was highly recommended, but it was awful, way too much distortion, especially for soprano voices. Wondering if this is a significant improvement or just another "sing with your guitar" kind of mic. Thanks.
