will this product work with a powerbook G4 on an airplane?

I have a Powerbook G4 model A1025, 15" screen, serial # QT3200BXN4M. I want to use it while traveling on an airplane. Will the kensington auto-air power adapter work for this? How do I use it?

does it have a fan?

I need an inverter that has 12V input, and 240V output; enough for a peizzo igniter. I do not want the power draw of a fan running continuously. Will this unit satisfy these requirements?

Is a modified sine wave inverter safe for the macbook pro or do we need pure sine wave? Some talk on net that modified sine wave harmful.
