how can I play my iphone in a 2004 GMC envoy?

I drive a 2004 GMC envoy, and I want to be able to play music through the car speakers on my iphone 4. What cable would I need to do this ?

is the Monster iCable 800 for iPhone and iPod the only accessory i need to play my ipod in my car? Also will it charge the ipod at the same time?

i have a regular ipod not an ipod touch.

Would I be able to listen to the Pandora radio App on my iphone through this cable? Or will it only play music that you have downloaded onto itunes?

Does this iCable cord fit in the iPhone 5 that has an Otter Box on it?

I have another auxiliary cord in my current car and it doesn't fit all the way in the phone because of the case. It makes a loud popping sound or it will play for a few seconds and then stop playing because the cord is no longer attached. I don't want to have to take off the case every time I want to listen to music in my car. Can anyone help me out that has the new iPhone? Does anyone know if this cord fits in with the new phone and cases?
