Does this iCable cord fit in the iPhone 5 that has an Otter Box on it?

I have another auxiliary cord in my current car and it doesn't fit all the way in the phone because of the case. It makes a loud popping sound or it will play for a few seconds and then stop playing because the cord is no longer attached. I don't want to have to take off the case every time I want to listen to music in my car. Can anyone help me out that has the new iPhone? Does anyone know if this cord fits in with the new phone and cases?

is the Monster iCable 800 for iPhone and iPod the only accessory i need to play my ipod in my car? Also will it charge the ipod at the same time?

If I use the Monster iCable 800 to listen to music from my iPhone - can I also receive phone calls via my bluetooth hook-up in the car?

We have a 2010 Subaru Outback with bluetooth for my iPhone. I would like to be able to hook up my iPhone via the aux jack in the car to be able to listen to it with the car's sound system. If we are using my phone to listen to music - will I still be able to take an incoming phone call?

Will this iCable for iPod work with a 2002 Chevrolet Monte Carlo? I am planning to get a newer iPod but I want to make sure it will work in this car.
