Will this product let me record directly into iMovie 11 or BTV Pro, or do I need to use their capture software and then export it?
What I'm looking to do is go from:
video device -> blackmagic -> Macbook

How does it compare to the EyeTV 250 Plus?
I've been trying to research the differences between the 2 products, and neither is emerging as a clear winner. Sure, the EyeTV can record your TV as well, but I'm looking for pure quality.
