Are these earbuds approximately the same size as the old Apple earbuds?
It sounds silly, but I have pretty small ears and the old Apple earbuds are the only kind that I don't have to adjust every few minutes. So I am wondering if these new ones are the same size.

Are EarPods water and sweat resistant?
The issue I've had with previous Apple Earbuds is that they tend to short circuit when they get sweaty during my workouts. Has anything been done to the construction of Apple EarPods to improve their sport performance?

Like previous earbud models, how easily will my music be heard by others sitting within proximity to me?
Current earbuds, when at half of maximum volume, emit a clear sound of the music or audio that someone is listening to when not in their ear. But the in-ear earbuds make listening in, or eavesdropping, on music more of a harder task. How easily will other people be able to hear the audio that is emitted by these earbuds when they are not in their own ear?

To what extent are they sweat-proof?
If I ran using the earbuds that came with my iPhone4, they did not function properly after I'd run a few miles - presuming that had to do with the amount of sweat.. that is, the playback would speed up (such that it sounded like chipmunks were singing), or it might randomly skip ahead to the next song while the first was playing, etc. This didn't happen when I switched to a non-apple set of earbuds, but it's recurred when I've used the original earbuds. I know they're not meant to be water-proof per se, but would like to have some assurance of that they'd still function properly while I exercise, too.

Insurance/Warranty?
I'm planning on buying these earbuds. However, with my previous experience with Apple's headphones, it doesn't take long for them to stop working. Luckily for me I could always go back to the store and replace it thanks to my AppleCare contract. However, that contract is now used up and have no additional warranty for the headphones. Say if I buy the headphones and they become defective (by themselves, no damage caused by me at all), when is the latest I can get an exchange for the headphones? Also is there an AppleCare contract for the headphones alone?

How do these compare to the Apple In-Ear Headphones?
For years I've had Apple In-Ear headphones, and I absolutely love them. I love that I can cancel out the rest of the world and just drown in the immense bass that they put out. I've read the reviews that say that these new EarPods have a ridiculous bass and are the best value headphones out there. But how do they compare to the Apple In-Ear. I've read that they beat Bose and Zune without breaking a sweat; but what about a fellow Apple product? Thanks!!
