Is there any way to get just the back if I already have a Smart Cover?

Or it would be cool to have 2 separate colors for a two-tone look.

Is it possible to customize the iPad smart cover or smart case with a picture or logo?

I would like to be able to submit a picture I took and have it on my iPad cover.

Also, a good friend of mine is an artist and would like to sell iPad covers with her paintings on them. She already has a retailer (Anthropologie) selling handbags with her paintings on them and they look good. She thought iPad covers and cases would be awesome too and is wondering how to get them made.

Some companies may want to have iPad covers and cases customized with their company logo, to give to employees, partners and customers.

Since it is possible to engrave an iPad or cover with the text of our choice, the next level would be to customize it with a picture or logo.

Does the Smart Case have an extra magnet to hold the cover in place on the back? The Smart Cover does not hold very strongly when in the back.

The original Smart Cover, when wrapped behind the iPad display, doesn't hold in place very well. I use a third-party case, with an extra magnet, to hold the Smart Cover. I was hoping the Smart Case had a similar magnet.

are there magnets on the back cover to hold the front in place when folded?

some back covers have built in magnets to hold the smart cover in place while the iPad is in use

can you use the smart case on a iPad 2 with the iPad 2 dock?

i use a smart cover on my iPad 2 and charge it on the iPad 2 dock, but id like something to cover the back, especially if made by apple.

Are the edges supposed to be sharp?

I just picked up the new case from an apple store and after getting home and fitting it to my iPad I was disappointed at how nasty it feels to hold the iPad now. The edges of this case are really sharp and I wondered if it was really designed that way or if mine had been manufactured wrongly.

Also, if th iPad is held upside down the cover falls away, shouldn't the magnets hold it in place?
