Excellent performance for gaming?
We are a family of gamers. From Xbox 360, to internet browsing, online video streaming, to World of Warcraft, Runescape, you name it. It's on all the time everyday.
I need to know if this will be very fast for gaming. And I assume any router thats perfect for gaming is perfect for anything else like just browsing?- Asked by Conner K from Rochester

where is the best location for this in our home for the best performance/
we have just purchased this for our home. We have 2 iMacs and an xbox 360 in our basement and a ps3 upstairs. We also have a powerbook G4 and a dell laptop. I was just wondering if there is a better area of our home to put this or is down buy the imacs ok.
we have been having many issues with our wireless and we have decided due to the fact that we use many mac based products, that this router may be the answer for us. Any opinion would be appreciated .- Asked by Christine A from New Castle

Can I connect my macbook Air (2010 model) at 300mb and my iphone 3GS to this simultaneously without a drop in performance?
I have read that connecting a 802.11g device to a 802.11n router will slow down the 802.11n to 802.11g speeds.
Therefore my macbook air will not achieve the rated 300mb speed, as the iphone 3gs will be slowing it down.

Would I be able to use the Airport Extreme to extend a wireless network already created with a Time Capsule and use it to play on gaming systems?
I have a detached room from my house, and the Time Capsule is in a room with a lot of interference (microwave, cordless phone, and copper plumbing in the walls). Will an Airport Extreme pick up and strengthen the signal in my detached room enough that I can play my Xbox 360 and Nintendo Wii on a wireless network?
