IMAC, PC, and printer connect?
I have a cable modem connected currently to a PC with an HP printer. I want a router that will allow the PC to be wired to it, allow the IMAC to connect to the web via wireless, and provide connectivity to both for the printer. In addition, my daughter has a laptop (PC/XP) that is WiFi capable so I assume it would be able to connect wireless as well and she could also print from the laptop?

Can I connect my iMac to the AirPort Extreme for a wired connection and still use it to establish a wireless connection with a laptop PC?
I currently use a Linksys router. My laptop, which uses Vista 64-bit, works great. But my iMac 24" constantly loses connection if I connect it to one of the ethernet ports on the router. The same thing happens if I use try going wireless. The Genius Bar couldn't give me a reason why, nor could several techie friends of mine.
The only thing any of us could think of is that there is something in the router that doesn't mesh well with the iMac. As a result, I've connected the iMac directly to the external modem and put the router back in its box.
So would the AEBS permit a wired connection with the iMac while still allowing me to set up a secured wireless connection with my laptop?
Question number 2 is: will the AEBS work with Windows 7, if I were to upgrade my laptop PC from its current Vista 64-bit?- Asked by Michael F from Sammamish

Can someone please confirm this device is ideal for my intended use
Hi All, New Mac products but loving it. Here's my intended use.
Connect Airport Extreme wirelessly to my current ADSL wireless router, add an existing external hard drive where I plan to store all my music, photos, movies, home movies etc such that they can be accessed by all my various machines running iTunes (MBP 15") Dell desktop PC and Vaio laptop. Each individual machine can then stream wirelessly to my ATV? I also plan to use this existing external HDD to backup my mac using TimeMachine. Final use would be to plug in my all in one printer / scanner / fax machine. Is this the right device, given that I already have an HDD or am I better off spending the extra money on the 2Tb or 3Tb Time Capsule, which I guess does the same as the above but with build in hard drive....
Or have I got it wrong?
ta muchly ;-)

Anyway, if I bought a Airport Extreme, how would I get it to connect on 3 PC's? (1 laptop, and 2 desktops with adapters)

will airport extreme work with a windows network and existing belkin wireless router?
I have a windows pc, windows laptop, windows/ubunto netbook, old ibook (clamshell - not that i use it but would be nice to have the option), a lexmark x83 all in one printer (usb), canon pixma ip6310d printer, palm tx, ipod touch, WD my book external drive (usb) & and belkin wireless router.
I would like to be able to havea home wired/wireless network were all these devices can connect to. My main concern is sharing my 2 printers and external drive on the network with out direct connecting them to a pc.
This airport extreme seems like the key. I have not yet been able to find another print server that can support 2 usb printers and a usb hard drive,- Asked by Derek H from West Bloomfield

Can I use an Airport Extreme as a second access point (network extension) from a Belkin Wireless modem-router. If so can this connection be wireless.
The Belkin device is an N1 MIMO. The purpose to do this is to extend the signal in a multi story house. I would like to run an IMAC and 2 Windows XP PC's off the Airport Extreme extension. Also if it is possible how could it be done.

Airport Exteme and Time Warner Cable wireless modem:
I have read some of the questions pertaining this issue and yet, I have not read a single solid answer from the Apple support team. I have an HP Laser Printer and the only reason from me to buy this product is that I would be able to utilize one printer for my laptop, PC, phone, and iPad WIFi. Will it work with my wireless Time Warner WiFi modern? I know that I'm only able to add 5 devices.
