Does apple make a pigtail cable so that it can be powered at the same time you have a projector or tv hooked to it?

I frequently use my IPad for presentations that are displayed through a projector. I have to repower my iPad mid day due to the length of the presentations. Does Apple make a pigtail cable that would allow the iPad to be powered at the same time that another device is plugged in? Thank you.

Can I use these cables to watch videos I have downloaded on an app (NOT the videos app that comes with your iPod)?

I have several movies on an app, separate from the videos app that comes with your ipod. Am I able to play them on my tv using these cables or do the videos have to be in your ipod video app to play them on your tv? ...also, can you view pictures on your tv using these cables? What about videos you have saved to your photos?
If you can answer any of these questions, that would be great! Thanks!

Can I pull video IN to an iPad to record video with composite AV cable?

I have an external lens that is water submersible which I use for pool-side underwater video; connection on the lens end is A/V. I would like to record FROM this lens TO the iPad, using iPads video recorder.
