Will this work on a MacBook Pro 4,1?
Will the L-shaped MagSafe plug fit properly into the MagSafe port on the MBP, since it's not the original T-plug? I've read that the dimensions are not the same on the two types of plugs.

I have macbook pro 1211 & A1286 -- I need power adapter to work w/ both--I got with new mac= 60 watt, old 1 was 85 w-- why?
The 2 macbook pros have different model numbers: A1211 and A1286. the new one has 60 watt adapter -- how different is it from the adapter needed for the A1211? Origin equip for old machine was 85w...what do i look for to work with both?

I need a new slide in plug for my 17" MacBook Pro power adapter, where can I order it on this site?
On the power adapter you can remove the plug to attach the longer cord, the prongs on my plug are loose in the holder which makes it hard to plug into the wall

Will it hurt my macbook pro if i leave the power supply plugged in to the wall socket and in to my 2011 Macbook Pro at all times (mostly)?
My Macbook Pro stays on my desk for the most part. Will it hurt to leave it plugged in all the time, or should the battery be cycled on a regular basis?
