Does the iPhone 4 have a facility for plugging in a high gain external antenna for use in fringe areas as encountered in outback Australia ?
Even a docking device with an inductive coupling in the area of the inbuilt antenna may suffice. This feature could be included in the dock to charge the batteries and use as hands free from a vehicle's 12 VDC power.

Does the iPhone 4 Dock come with a 30-pin iPod Connector - USB Cable?
I just need to know because the one that will come with the phone I need to give to someone else, and as I require the cable for it to work, I'm not going to buy it tomorrow if there isn't the cable in the box.

Does apple make a dock cable extension for the iphone 4 if it doesn't fit into a dock with a bumper installed? I'm looking for a cable with the 30 pin Male/female ends instead of a USB.
