Will snow leopard work on my g4 cube

I have a g4 cube that is currently running Mac osx Tiger (10.4) and I would like to upgrade my operating system so that I can sync with my iPad. Will snow leopard work on my g4 cube?

I have 2001 powerbook g4 15 inch screen and it still has the old os on it so if I buy this mac os x 10.6 snow leopard, will i have the new os?

what im trying to say is i have the old os that the laptop came with, and if i dowload this mac os x 10.6 snow leopard, will it automatically have the new one or will i need to buy more stuff to upgrade the os?

Can I still buy Leopard for my PowerPC G4?

I would like to upgrade my PowerPC G4 to Leopard (not Snow Leopard, which only supports Intel). I cannot find a reputable source for purchasing the upgrade...does Apple stil make the Tiger --> Leopard upgrade available for the G4 (PowerPC) or am I stuck at Tiger?

I would like to try utilities like Time Machine and iPhoto.

Will upgrading to Snow Leopard erase my hard drive?

When I upgraded my iBook G4 from Tiger to Leopard, it erased my hard drive, taking all my applications, documents, and music with it.
Will upgrading to Snow Leopard do the same thing?

Do the new macbooks have Mac OS X 10.6?

Do the newest 13-inch macbooks have Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard as the operating system? I am thinking about replacing my PowerBook G4 with a new MacBook and cannot find out what operating system the newest ones come with.
