Does the Snow Leopard upgrade let you run Internet Explorer in version higher than 5.2 what ever. This is important because I use my computer for work and there are some sites that I can not access with safari.

my internet is intermittent so would it help to upgrade to snow leopard?

After many trips out and tests, the cable company says that it is the fault of my software. I am told that it would help to upgrade to Snow Leopard. Will that help???

I am running 10.4.11 and am based in India. Is there an online or over the air download for me? It seems it keeps asking for shipping...

I have wanted to upgrade for some time and am looking for the easiest way to do this.
I have a fast enough internet connection to download the upgrade.
Is there somewhere I can pay and download (with the option of shipping in addition)?
