I have a POWERBOOK G4 running 10.3.9, can I purchase snow leopard as my 10.3.9 doesn't seem compatiable with alot of things like quicktime and flash?

I have OSX version 10.3.9 and I want to upgrade and since my Power Mac G5 is PC based I can't upgrade to Snow Leopard so I just want Leopard and I'm wondering where I can purchase the upgrade?

I have an eMac PowerPC with OS X 10.4.11 that I would like to upgrade. I know I can't upgrade to Snow Leopard, but can I upgrade to Leopard or something newer than what I'm running?

Is it possible to connect an iMac running OS X 10.3.9/System 9.2 to an intel Mac Mini via firewire, to act as a server?
There's a piece of System 9 software I'd like to run and I know it's impossible for the intel Mini Mac to run it. Would using the iMac as a server in an ad-hoc network succeed as a work-around? If so, how would I make it work?
