OS X Snow Leopard Upgrade for multiple computers.
I have an iMac and a Macbook that need upgrading to Snow Leopard. Do I need to purchase 2 Snow Leopard DVD packages? Is there a family pack available? There is no description of the license requirements for Snow Leopard on the Apple Store page. (In fact, it's difficult to find Snow Leopard in the store at all!)

Will up-grade to 10.6x from 10.4.11 erase the WindowsXP? The Win XP is inoperative. Just make it go away.
The Windows XP that came with Mac pro Intel based 10.4.11 has died. The mouse and everything in it is untouchable on the Windows side only. The Tiger side runs perfectly. I would just like to remove the XP and run a pure Snow Leopard OS machine. Will the simple upgrade to 10.6 do it or do I need to resort to more drastic measures?

Will an upgrade from Tiger to Snow Leopard improve speed and functionality?
Hello, I have a tiger 10.4, and was wondering if this upgrade to snow leopard will improve on my computer's speed for general things, such as running several programs at once, not having it lag and such. My computer isn't terribly slow, but let us say I am familiar with the colorful beachball icon when things start to slow down.

discount on snow leopard
At the time we purchased our iMac with Leopard we were told we would be able to purchase the Snow Leopard upgrade for $9.99. It has been a bit over a year since we bought the iMac. Is it too late to pay the discounted rate to get Snow leopard. If not, how do I find that rate (I have been unable to find it in the Apple store). Thank you.
